A historical café with pretty, authentic deco inside a neighbourhood area. 1 Euro coffee and unlimited time to play chess.Map
10AM LOFTS
A creative production site/multi-purpose event space designed by Eva Papadaki with Studio Andrew Trotters. Four lofts inside can be rent out for filming and photography, and now open for accommodation. A most gorgers penthouse, over looking the Acropolis, that used to be Eva’s home. Blessed with a raining sunset during our tour, definitely the highlight of our trip and absolutely amazed by the creative scenery there.Map

MONA ATHENS
An independent boutique hotel close to Acropolis. Only 20 rooms available and a roof terrace with bar. We stayed at the Mona Suite at the top floor, super sexy, super cinematic. Every small detail has been looked after. Strongly recommend.Book Now

DIPORTO
Super traditional Greek food. A casual spot hidden near a market. The best bean soup and pan-fried fish we have ever experienced. No sign, no menu, simply sit down and the owner provides what he prepare - with self-brewed alcohol, too. A special, unique dining experience.Map
10AM APOTHENKE
Eva’s recent project that brings her Crete roots into life. Authentic and organic skin care and food merchandise from incense, soap to honey, tea, and olive oil, whilst super well designed. Opens to public every Saturday - a good way to glimpse on what 10AM has to offer and pick up unique souvenirs.Map

ACROPOLIS MUSEUM BY BERNARD TSCHUMI
Easily one of the most aesthetically-pleasing, well-curated, and beautifully designed museums I’ve ever visited. Free audio guides (just download them on your phone) walk you through every exhibit, making the experience rich and seamless. The exhibition layout mirrors the ancient hierarchy—starting with the historical marketplace at the base and culminating on the top floor, where the Parthenon’s sculptures are meticulously reconstructed. I spent a whole afternoon there. An absolute must-visit.Map
TAVERNA TON FILON
Recommended by our local friend as her go-to spot. A cute taverna tucked away in the north side, in a quiet neighbourhood. The interior is super cozy, matches with a nice selection of wine. Perfect spot for both a date night and/or a get together with friends. Should be very cute to sit outside in a warm summer night.Map

PANATHENAIC STADIUM
The stadium for the first modern Olympic in 1896, and the world’s only stadium that is built entirely out of marble, with black tracks. Very Rick Owens’ Palais de Tokyo runway venue aesthetic. It is open 7-9AM open to public for jogging.Map
MITROPOLITIKON
A traditional Greek sweets shop on a youthful and buzzy street! Very nostalgic interior it almost felt like the old neighbourhood bakery shops when I was in primary school. The lady was extremely friendly and hand makes delicious chocolate herself.Map
LEFTERIS O POLITIS (EST. 1951)
THE BEST souvlakis no joke. 2.5euros per wrap with the fluffiest pita bread and juicy minced beef inside. It’s a walk-in place with a few standing spots only. Perfect for a quick bit. Our favourite diary bar Stani is also just blocks away, highly recommend to go for authentic greek honey yoghurt after.Map
